Terms of Service for App Completer

Welcome to App Completer. By accessing or using our application services at https://appcompleter.com (and https://app-completer-app.web.app) or our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of Services

App Completer is a platform connecting clients with software developers to pitch, quote, authorize, build, and deploy custom web and mobile applications.

2. User Accounts & Verification

To use certain features, such as pitching app ideas or authorizing milestone builds, you must authenticate using Google Sign-In or Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Quotes, Counter-Offers & Payments

• Quotes & Proposals: Developers provide estimated pricing chips and milestone proposals for app features.
• Negotiation: Clients may renegotiate or counter-offer prices. Counter-offers must be reviewed and accepted by the developer before payment is unlocked.
• Payments: All milestone payments are authorized securely via Google Play In-App Billing or Stripe. Payments are non-refundable once milestone build stages are completed and delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of agreed project milestones and delivery of source code (where source code option is selected), clients acquire the ownership rights to the final custom application deliverables.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to upload malicious code, engage in fraudulent transactions, or misuse the platform communication tools.

6. Limitation of Liability

App Completer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or service downtime during scheduled maintenance.
